Pankhuri Awasthy is a popular television actress associated with Hindi entertainment industry. She is associated with Hindi television since 2014. Her roles as Seher in MTV Fanaah Season 2, Draupadi in mythological series Suryaputra Karn, Amla in Kya Qusoor Hai Amala Ka?, Vedika Goenka in Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai etc got noticed. She is married to popular and successful television actor, Gautam Rode since 2018. She is most famous for her lead roles, and currently one of the most sought female stars of Hindi television.

Pankhuri Awasthy hails from Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh. She was born in year 1991. She grew up in Delhi. After studies she worked in marketing sector in Bangalore for a while. To pursue her acting dreams she left Bangalore and moved to Mumbai. Yeh Hai Aashiqui in 2014 marked her screen debut, and she was mostly associated with youth shows before moving to soap dramas. MTV Fanaah Season 2 gave her early recognition. In 2015 she got her first lead role in Razia Sultan, where she played the titular role. She also played the lead role of Amla in Kya Qusoor Hai Amala Ka.

She has a huge gap of almost 14 years with her husband, Gautam Rode. Gautam Rode was 40, and Pankhuri Awasthy was 26, when they got married in 2018. They met on the sets of Razia Sultan, but their love blossomed while they worked together on Suryaputra Karn. While Gautam played the lead role in the show, Awasthy donned Draupadi’s character. They got engaged in 2017 and tied knot in Alwar, Rajasthan. Gautam Rode is currently one of the biggest stars of Indian television.
