DJ Nucleya is the stage name of popular Indian musician Udyan Sagar from Agra. He is an electronic music producer, DJ and Remixer who has contributed a few singles to Bollywood music too. In 1998 he cofounded Bandish Projekt with Mayur Narvekar, and moved out of the band in 2007 after which he embarked on an independent journey. He took the stage name Nucleya after that. In 2016 he won Global Indian Music Awards in Best Electronica Single category for Alo Wala & Nucleya feat. MC Zulu - Little Lotto and Nucleya feat. Divine - Jungle Raja. Udyan Sagar was born in Agra in 1979. He grew up in Ahmedabad, where there was no big scope for music.  It wasn’t easy to be an electronic music producer and it took years of struggle before he finally won recognition in the field as a musician. In his late teens he cofounded Bandish Projekt with Mayur Narvekar in 1998, and was associated with it for nearly one decade before he made a career choice of his own.

The following year he got married to his long-term girlfriend Smriti Choudhary, and during his struggling days as a musician, his wife took care of their financial support. Now the family is settled in Goa with their single son, who has been featured in one of his songs.

After taking the stage name, Nucleya, he released his first album, Pragat Pritam in 2009 followed by Beat 1, Horn OK Please, Khandit Nayaka, In My Heart – Remixes, Tamil fever, Koocha Monster, Bass Rani, Raja Baja, Tota Myna etc. He has also collaborated with Papon and Vibha Saraf for singles.
