Helly Shah is a popular television actress known for her appearances in Hindi soaps. She played the title roles – as Aashi in Khushiyon Ki Gullakh Aashi on Sony Pal and Laxmi aka Alaxmi in Alaxmi Ka Super Parivaar on Life OK, which made her a known face on television. Kesar in Gulaal, Sawara in Swaragini and Ami in Khelti Hai Zindagi Aankh Micholi are her other popular roles. This bubbly actress gained success on television at a very young age of 20, though she has been a part of family dramas, apart from her cute romantic roles. She gained attention for the first time through the role of Kesar in Sphere Origins ‘Gulaal’. This talented actress is now looking forward for film roles.

She was born and brought up in Ahemdabad, Gujarat. As busy with television serials, she is currently pursing graduation through Correspondence. After she received initial appreciation and wide fame through her role as Kesar in Gulal, she shot to fame playing the title role of Alaxmi in Alaxmi Ka Super Parivaar on Life OK. Alaxmi is a family drama about three siblings and their household fights, a remake of a hit Bengali show ‘Romonir Gune’. She played the title role of naughty, talkative and mischievous Laxmi, who never cries in life.

Her acting career started off when she was studying in class 8, and over the years she has progressed as a talented actress. She has accepted matured and challenging roles quite during her teens. Gulal in 2010 marked her television debut. Currently she portrays the title role of Swara Sanskaar Maheshwariin 2015 series, Swaragini aired on Colors. Varun Kapoor plays the male lead. Overnight trekking is his favourite adventure and she wants to do Bungee jumping once.
