Gaurav Bhatt Biography 
Gaurav Bhatt is a music composer, singer and songwriter from Jaipur, Rajasthan. He also plays guitar. Known for his traditional style of singing, he is trained in Indian classical music. But his fusion works are more popular. He combines Indian classical music with jazz to produce music, and is also versed in instrumental music. Gaurav inherited music from his ancestors. He was born into the family of Grammy-winning Hindustani classical music instrumentalist, Vishwa Mohan Bhatt, and is the nephew of the musicians, Krishna Bhatt and Salil Bhatt. Gaurav owns a music band, "Heat Strokes". Gaurav also sings ghazals, devotional songs, Khayal, Thumri raga, tala and other classical and light classical genres.
Gaurav was born in Bikaner, Rajasthan. He completed Master of Computer Applications from Birla Institute of Technology, Mesra and later worked with some of the leading IT firms of the country. But he recognized his true passion to be music and pursued a career in this field. Yet he still works as IT professional in Jaipur. Since 2013 he composed many singles, and released videos as well. Most of his musical videos were directed by Aditya J Patwardhan and Hiren Pandya Rahi. He shot to fame for a composition of ‘Rag-Mala’ and ‘Taal-Malas’ along with new generation music.
He has sung some evergreen songs such as ‘Geet Gata Hu Mai’ and ‘Ga Mere Sang Ga’ for regional network of Doordarshan in Rajasthan. He also worked as a guitarist for the show, ‘Geet Gata Hu Mai’. Apart from releasing singles, he has also composed and sung songs for various television channels of Rajasthan. He worked as a keyboard player for Doordarshan and also anchored the show, ‘Mission Rajasthan’ for DD Rajasthan.
