Dheeraj Sarna Biography 
Dheeraj Sarna is a television personality associated with Hindi entertainment industry. He is a television actor, screenwriter and producer. As an actor he shot to fame after playing Yash on Kutumb TV series and also the lead role of Amarnath Awasthi in the comedy show Belan Wali Bahu. He also scripted and directed this comedy show. As a comedy actor, he has excelled in his role. His wife Supriya Sarna is also a television actress, and the couple has one son.
Sarna started his acting career in the year 2000. He was first seen on small screen, playing a cameo role in the TV soap, Kaahin Kissii Roz for which he appeared in just one episode. Same year he marked his credited debut as an actor and also a screenwriter, through family drama, Kutumb. The portrayed the rol of Yash in the show, and his role got noticed. Since then he got many noted roles to play on small screen, and also opportunity to script and direct TV shows. However he decided to concentrate on to his writing career and took a break from acting in 2002.
He also wrote dialogues for a few TV shows, which gained him foot in the industry. As a dialogue writer of television show, some of his best works include – Kutumb, Kahiin To Hoga, Kkavyanjali, Kya Huaa Tera Vaada, Jodha Akbar (TV series), Belan Wali Bahu etc. He also co-scripted Bollywood films - Koi Aap Sa and Kis Kisko Pyaar Karoon. After a hiatus of long 16 years, he returned to acting only in 2018 with his new show, Belan Wali Bahu. He played the lead role, scripted and directed the show too. The show went off the air in 2018.
