Devender Pal Singh Biography 
Devender Pal Singh is an Indian singer who sings in Bollywood films. He was a runner-up at Indian Idol Season 6. The show earned him a lot of recognition and popularity among music lovers in India. He marked his playback singing through 2012 movie Luv Shuv Tey Chicken Khurana, and has sung two more songs till now. His most recent song, "Bijlee Giregi" from 2018 Bollywood film, Manmarziyaan got noticed. The song was a chartbuster. He had earlier sung "Gulbadan" song for 2017 film, Firangi composed by Jatinder Shah. Rest two songs were composed by Amit Trivedi, who gave him first break to playback singing.
Devender Pal Singh hails from Patna, Bihar. He belongs to a Sikh family. He is trained in Hindustani traditional music. He was introduced to music lessons at a young age. He joined Indian Idol Season 6 in 2012 which earned him a lot of recognition as a teenager. He was one of the finalists of the show and finished as a runner up, though couldn’t win the title. But he stole everyone’s hearts with his magic of music. He rendered some of the beautiful songs such as Patta Patta Boota Boota, Jaab Deep Jale Aana, Yeh Reshmi Zulfein, Pukaarta Chala Hun Main, Koi Hasina Jab Rooth Jaati Hai, Tumne Mujhe Dekha etc which earned him popularity through the show.
After his successful association with the reality show, music composer Amit Trivedi gave him the first break to playback singing when he was offered the song, "Luni Hasi" for 2012 flick - Luv Shuv Tey Chicken Khurana. His most recent hit song is "Bijlee Giregi" from Manmarziyaan. Babu Haabi, Sikander Kahlon and Vaishali Sardana are his co-singers for the song composed by Amit Trivedi.
