Charlie Chauhan is a young television actress who currently plays the lead role of Ela in Best friends forever in Channel V. She plays the female lead, aside Shritama Mukherjee who plays Vinnie and Fenil Umrigar, who plays the role of Sanju. This single role made her a popular actress on small screen. Her nickname is Tanu. She is to appear in one of the episodes of popular show on Star Plus, Ishq kills.
She was born on 8th September, 1989 in Shimla, Himachal Pradesh. Currently she resides in Mumbai, busy with her television work. This fun loving charming girl started her television debut through the popular adventurous series on MTV – MTV roadies, season 7 and very soon she came to limelight. She also participated in the dancing reality show, Nach Baliye 5 along with her boyfriend Kunwar Amar of Dance India Dance fame. She also participated in Nach Baliye Shriman v/s Shrimati as Contestant. She played the role of Pari in Pavithra Pavi in 2013 and Gumrah Season 2 as Reema in 2012. Yeh Hai Aashiqui, Bade Achhe Lagte Hain and MTV Webbed are other popular television roles she played till now.
She appeared aside her boyfriend in Nach Baliye season 5, who himself is a talented dancer. They are committed in their relationship and may get married soon. Charle’s hidden talent is dancing and she revealed this, through the dancing shows. She is one of the popular faces of youth channels of India like MTV and Channel V. She loves Indian food and Salman Khan is her favourite actor.
