Arya Rohit Biography

Arya Rohit is a noted television actress and TV anchor of Malayalam who has appeared in a few Malayalam films as well. She was seen portraying the character role of Mallika in 2015 hit, Kunjiramayanam. She was also seen in 2015 movies - Lailaa O Lailaa and Oru Second Class Yathra. She played the role of the bold and beautiful Pooja in the popular series - Sthreedhanam aired on Asianet. She also appears in the popular sitcom - Badai Bungalow. She is married to Rohit Suseelan, an IT engineer and has one daughter. Her sister-in-laws, Kalpana Suseelan is a model while Archana Suseelan is a serial actress. She is a model too.

She hails from Palkulangara of Thiruvananthapuram district, born to Satheesh Babu, an Accounts Manager in the Fort Hospital of the city. She has been trained in classical and cinematic dance and she started her career as a model before reaching television. She is married, has a three-year old daughter, yet she keeps a balance between the personal and professional career. As she is married to a family with artists, she gets full support and co-operation from the relatives. She started off as an anchor on television and later moved to television serials.

Malayalam serial, "Officer", directed by G.S Vijayan marked her debut as an actress, followed by Tamil serial "Maharani", a remake of the Malayalam serial "Ente Manasaputhrikku". Mohakkadal, Kunjiammayum Anju Makkalum, Ardram, Achante Makkal, Chandralekha and Sarayu are her other noted works on small screen. With the year 2015 she debut big screen and has appeared in three movies. She often plays bold and modern girl in television soaps. Nestle Munch Stars, telecasted in Asianet TV Channel was her big break to television.
