The Film City in Mumbai is known as Dadasaheb Phalke Chitranagariand is situated near Sanjay Gandhi National Park. It has many recording rooms within its premises. Together with them, it also houses many types of gardens, lakes, shooting spots. The shooting of many Bollywood films have taken place here. It was built by the state government of Maharashtra to promote the film industry.
