Jawahar Planetarium was built in the year 1979 to promote the scientific thinking among people. This is located near Anand Bhavan and five shows on celestial journey are conducted every day. Moon model is kept for display here. This planetarium is also called Allahabad Planetarium. Children below 5 years are not allowed and the planetarium remains closed on Mondays.
