Shivang Mehta Biography 
Shivang Mehta is a wildlife photographer and journalist based in Delhi. He has conducted more than 200 field programs across the forests of India, Africa and Sri Lanka, and is one of the leading names among Indian wildlife photographers at present. He has won numerous awards and recognitions too. A Decade with Tigers – is a book authored by Mehta. Many of his photographs are regularly published in wild life and travel magazines. He is the official brand ambassador of Canon India at present. In 2010 he started Wild Clicks, a live photography contest for amateur photographers of India, first one of this kind in India, and it is conducted annual recognizing young talents.
Shivang Mehta was born on 3 October 1981. He is based in Delhi. He graduated in commerce from Sri Ram College of Commerce, and worked as a journalist for a while before he pursued his dreams in wild life photography. He worked as a journalist with Business & Economy magazine and as a PR professional serving companies, and he quit his corporate job after 8 years. Now he conducts wildlife photography tours across India and also gives wildlife training. He works as a freelancer photographer apart from organizing tours and programs. He currently serves as the Managing Director of Nature Wanderers.
Mehta most recently won Silver (Wildlife) award at Eyewin Photography Awards 2018 and also received 6 honorary mentions. Nature Conservancy 2010, Sanctuary Asia 2011, NDTV Save our Tigers 2012 and DJ Memorial Awards 2014 are a few more honours received by him. His famous book, A Decade with Tigers delves into changing landscape of tiger photography in India. it chronicles some legendary tigers of past decade as well as their tales for survival.
