S. Jithesh Biography 
S. Jithesh is a cartoonist from Pandalam, Kerala who formerly served as the Vice-Chairman of Kerala Cartoon Academy. He is recognised as the "World's Fastest Performing Cartoonist", who is able to speed sketch fifty celebrity caricatures within five minutes. He is best known for popularizing 'Super-Speedy Cartooning' in Kerala, which explores the performing level possibilities of Fine Art as a Stage Art, known by the term – Varayarangu. It was launched in the year 2008 at the occasion of the second death anniversary of Artist V. S. Valliathan, when a Commemorative Meeting was conducted at Pandalam, Jithesh’s hometown.
Jithesh was born in Thekkekkara, Pandalam of Pathanamthitta district. He was born on December 30, 1974 to K. N. Somasekharan Nair and M. Remani Amma. He is married to Unnimaya and the couple has two children. He holds an LLB degree and is an advocate by profession. He is popularly known as Jitheshji. He initiated, developed and popularised 'Super-Speedy Cartooning'. Till now he has conducted more than 5000 speed cartoon stage shows across India and abroad. Through the show on Asianet, "Proud to be An Indian", he successfully conducted Speed cartoon Stage shows in five different countries in 5 consecutive days.
He also sketches political cartoons apart from celebrity cartoons. His developed art form Varayarangu, is a blend of poetry, anecdotes, and socio-political satire with high speed drawing. He has also published a few collection of poems. He currently serves as the Secretary of Kerala Animation Academy and Vice Chairman of Cartoonist Shankar foundation. He has a unique ability to sketch more than 300 celebrities in a stretch, from his memory. Since the year 2000 he is active with ‘Celebrity Caricaturing Shows’ on Malayalam TV channels.
