Revanta Sarabhai Biography 
Revanta Sarabhai is an artist, cine and theatre personality from Ahmedabad, Gujarat. He is one among the rare Bharatnatyam solo male artists of present-day generation. A member of Sarabhai industrial family, many of his family members established themselves in different fields and earned success and fame. Ambalal Sarabhai, Vikram Sarabhai, Mrinalini Sarabhai, Mallika Sarabhai, Kartikeya Sarabhai, Anasuya Sarabhai, Gautam Sarabhai and Mridula Sarabhai are among other famous members of Sarabhai business family, associated with the fields of arts, business, politics etc. Revanta is the son of classical dancer & activist Mallika Sarabhai and the grandson of Vikram Sarabhai and dancer Mrinalini Sarabhai.
Revanta Sarabhai was born into a rich business family of Ahmedabad, with many of them related to arts and science fields too. Revanta is the son of classical dancer & activist Mallika Sarabhai and Bipin Shah, and thus related to Sarabhai family. Revanta Sarabhai is the grandson of Vikram Sarabhai, a world famous scientist best known for his contributions towards India's space programme and Mrinalini Sarabhai, famous classical dancer. Following his mother’s footsteps he too reached the world of arts and dance forms.
He received initial training in dance forms from his grandmother and gave his first solo performance at the age of 8. He was a member of Darpana Performing Group during his teens, which toured in many parts of the world. Apart from classical dance forms, he also received training in folk, contemporary and martial arts forms. He currently serves as the associate choreographer at Korzo, Den Haag since 2012, and has collaborated with many choreographers across the globe. In 2017 he made his Gujarati film debut, and as of now has appeared in three films.
