In this world, by and large people believe that you cannot achieve anything without putting in efforts. Therefore, if you want to be in harmony from within, you have to become a master of yourself. In that process, you can throw out all the sufferings without any effort. The word effort involves labour for having to decide between what you can have and what you cannot have in your life.

The question that arises here is whether there can be a life with no struggle at all? And the reply is there can be a life with no struggle. To facilitate living a life without any struggle, primarily, we must stop attempting to be in charge of everything surrounding us. The only thing that we can control is nobody else than ourselves. Nothing is outside which we can actually control.

If a person is not in control of himself, then naturally other persons will take the chance to do it. If you understand that we cannot control anything external, it allows us to be free and go with life. Secondly, we should stop trying to win with the world. When you make every effort to keep up with other people, it will only add stress to your life and make it miserable.

You should always remember that a person who is strong within need not have to establish anything to any person. We must also abandon the habit of criticising others and regularly complaining about everything around us. You have to remember the fact that the majority of our struggle is created by us in our mind by our own thoughts. You can find beauty in everything at all times.

The only requirement is the vision to look for it. To see the glass as half full is a skill we have to develop. If you adopt the correct method, it will be easy to be at peace devoid of struggle. The solution is to learn the life’s lessons and go on. Keep in mind that in life, nothing is always an error. It is only a lesson to learn.
