Importance Of Vitamins And Its Source

 

We feel, we have taken stomach full of food. But did you ever though, is that food is healthy and satisfied one for our body. The women when pregnant or when their muscles have become weak, when they are completely week then they should include few proteins and vitamins in the food which they take daily.

 

1. Iron

Iron is very helpful in providing oxygen to the body and improves immune system which produces red blood cells. The deficiency of Iron causes weakness, weirdness, and occurrence of infection. Due to loss of blood periods of women causes iron deficiency.

Source of Iron:

Chicken, fish, beans, seeds; dark green leafy vegetables provide us sufficient iron to us. The food items which contain vitamin c taken then iron also provided.

 

2. Calcium :

Calcium plays a major role for strengthening bones, making muscles healthy and at the time of

Menopause occurrence in women.

Source of calcium:

Milk, curd, cheese, broccoli, leafy vegetable provides us mainly calcium.

 

4. Vitamin ‘A’ & ‘c’:

These vitamins improve the functioning of eyes, skin, and immune system. Vitamin A protect us from few dangerous cancers and vitamin c protect us from the effect of dangerous free radicals.

Source of vitamin ‘A’ & ‘c’:

We can get vitamin A in tomato, orange and yellow color vegetables, fruits, milk products and fish. Vitamin ‘c’ is available in most of the vegetables. Especially broccoli and capsicum.  

 

5. Magnesium:

For releasing of 300 glands magnesium is very helpful. It stables the heart beat and controls the blood pressure and diabetes problems. When magnesium deficiency occurs then our body becomes weak and it could not accept any kind protein taken by us.

Source of magnesium:

By having bens and others seeds we can overcome the deficiency of this mineral.

 

6.  B – vitamin:

For the better functioning of brain, for good looking of eyes, skin and hair b vitamin is very necessary. This vitamin b deficiency causes weakness, not feeling hunger, stomach pain, muscles problem, breathing problem and in children nervous problems occurs.

Source of B-vitamin:

Fish eggs, milk products, dark green leafy vegetables, sprouts, provide us suffiecient b vitamin.
