How To Always Feel Happy?

 

In our recent times, human beings were generally paying attention on their survival alone. Worrying on things like whether you will have anything to eat when hungry or a place to sleep without disturbance when you feel exhausted were very important than thinking about happiness.  Still there are people around the world who fight back for their essential needs. A good number of people have the comfort of some free time.

 

Most of us, who have some free time wit us, frequently spend a portion of our free time in any case, thinking whether we are really happy.In case we think that we are not happy, what we have to do to feel happy. In fact a few people believe that they would be happy if they are famous or had lot of money, an ideal body and a successful job.

 

On the other hand, there are a lot of attractive, well-off and well-known people who are not actually happy. However, the opposite is also found to be true. A psychologist surveyed a group of Kenyan warriors about their happiness. In general they do not have the things that people of the urbanized world think to be the generators of happiness, like material wealth. However they tremendously think that they are happy.

 

Of course, this doesn't mean that rich people can't be happy at any point of time. It only means that being rich doesn't confer happiness on us automatically. This is the fact for all other aspects in our daily life.So, naturally the question can arise in anybody’s mind that if happiness doesn't come from what we do or what we have in our life, where does the happiness come from?

 

To say the truth, people all over the world who are always in search of happiness in their life do not actually realize the simple fact that they already have it. To be happy with yourself is not much about chasing it, but finding and doing things that can help you to be aware of your happiness. So people examine some these easy ways by beginning to accept you.
