Bondla Wildlife Sanctuary in Goa

Bondla Wildlife Sanctuary is situated on the northeast of the Usgao Tisk village in North Goa and this sanctuary is a small wildlife reserve in Goa. The sanctuary spreads over an area of 80 square kilometers and some of the animals found here sambar, gaur, jackal, deer, wild boar and black faced langur. There is also a botanical garden, rose garden and a mini zoo and a deer park within its premises. Educational wildlife videos are screened in the Nature Education Center in its complex. There are many well maintained cottages set up by the Forest Department at the entrance of the sanctuary and the visitors could spend their nights there.
