Sahil Mehta is a popular television actor associated with Hindi entertainment industry, known for playing lead roles. He currently plays the lead role of Yuvraj Birla in Suhani Si Ek Ladki, for which he is known most. The show is aired on Star Plus, and he shares mini screen space with Rajshri Rani Pandey and Karan Jotwani for this popular show right now. As a television actor, his role as Sameer Singh on Shakti - Astitva Ke Ehsaas Ki also earned him fans among serial viewers. Mehta had starred in the Bollywood movie Love Express, opposite Neha Yadav. But the movie was unsuccessful. As of now, he appears in only TV shows, but played lead roles in both.

Sahil Mehta was born on 4 April 1988 in New Delhi. Mehta married his longtime girlfriend Eesha Danait in May, 2016. They had a Maharashtrian wedding in Pune, followed by a Christian wedding in Goa. He marked his acting career with Bollywood film, Love Express, opposite Neha Yadav in 2011. They later worked together in the TV series, Suhani Si Ek Ladki. The movie released under the Mukta Arts banner was a commercial failure, and Sahil never worked in Bollywood films later. Love Express tells the story of two Punjabi families, and the whole story revolves around a train journey.

In 2014 he marked his television debut with the popular show, Suhani Si Ek Ladki in a lead role. The show started in 2014 ended in 2017 and Sahil essayed the lead role of Yuvraj Birla. In 2018 he bagged his next lead role, in fact a recurring role for the series, Shakti - Astitva Ke Ehsaas Ki aired in Colors TV. He plays the parallel lead role aside Karan Jotwani and Rajshri Rani Pandey for this show.
