Khushboo Tawde Biography

Khushboo Tawde is a Marathi actress, belonging to present generation. She predominantly works in Hindi and Marathi TV soaps. She played Bulbul in the iconic Hindi sitcom, Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah. Tere Liye, Pyaar Kii Ye Ek Kahaani, Betaal aur Sinhaasan Battisi and Tere Bin are a few shows in Hindi while Ek Mohor Abol, Tu Bhetshi Navyane, Parijaat, Dharmakanya and Aamhi Doghi are her popular shows in Marathi. She was last seen in 2018 Marathi show, Aamhi Doghi. She married Sangram Salvi in 2018.

 

Khushboo Tawde was born on 5 September 1987 in Dombivli, Thane district, Maharashtra. She completed her schooling from Chandrakant Patkar Vidyalaya, Dombivli, and later completed Hotel management course from Institute of Hotel Management Ahmedabad. She completed graduation in Hotel management before she started her professional career in a company. Later she quit her job to pursue her dreams to become an actress. Marathi television serial 'Ek Mohor Abol' gave her first break to mini screen. Since then she is regular with her TV roles in Hindi and Marathi.

 

In 2014 she marked her big screen debut with Love Factor: Premachi Trilogy, a Marathi romantic feature film written and directed by Kishor Vibhandik. She played the female lead opposite Rajesh Shringarpure in the movie. The songs of the movie - Teri Yaad Sataye, Nakalat Datli Hirwal etc became popular. However she didn’t get more offers from films, and she concentrated on to her television career, and earned recognition. She participated in Shravan Queen Contest in 2009, without any win. She received her first lead role through the TV show, Tere Din. She is a recipient of Dada Saheb Phalke Foundation Puraskar in 2014.
