Rachana Parulkar Biography 
Rachana Parulkar is a television actress belonging to Hindi television industry. She is also a successful model based in Mumbai. She is also a trained dancer specialized in Kathak. She studied in the dance institute of Terence Lewis too. She is associated with entertainment industry since 2006. Since 2009 she has appeared in 6 TV shows - Saat Phere - Saloni Ka Safar (2009), Kis Desh Mein Hai Meraa Dil (2009), Sapnon Se Bhare Naina (2011), Ek Mutthi Aasmaan (2013-2014), Doli Armaano Ki (2013)and Bharat Ka Veer Putra (2014–2015). Parulkar ranked at 29 position in Top 50 Sexiest Asian Women poll in the year 2014 conducted by the UK newspaper Eastern Eye. In the following year she stood at 40th position.
Rachana Parulkar was born in Mumbai on 10 October 1990. Sushilkumar N Parulkar and Lata Parulkar are her parents and she has two siblings. She was brought up in Mumbai, where she completed her studies. She graduated from Mithibai College and also stood master’s degree later. She did a graduation diploma course from Nalanda Bharatnatyam Nritya Niketan, and studied Kathak at Uma Dogra School of Kathak. Dancing and acting are her hobbies as well.
She began her acting career at the age of 18, when she got her first television break through Saat Phere - Saloni Ka Safar in 2009. She gained popularity with her lead role as Kalpana Vithhal Jadhav/Kalpana Raghav Singhania or simply Kalpi in Ek Mutthi Aasmaan on Zee TV. S Her dusky looks and expressive eyes added to her girl next door looks made her popular over the years. She was nominated for Zee Gold Awards for her role as Kalpi.
