Priyamvada Kant Biography

Priyamvada Kant is a popular television actress, who has done many shows like Hamari Saas Leela, Sasural Simar Ka, Haunted Nights and many more. She was also seen in a special appearance in Bollywood hit – Hero Panti (2014) starring Tiger Shroff and Kriti Sanon. The movie also marked her Bollywood debut. She currently plays the role of Simran in the drama series Ek Veer Ki Ardaas...Veera on Star Plus. She also participated in Pakistani reality show "Madventures" telecasted on ARY Digital.

Priyamvada Kant started her television career in the year 2013, where she played the cameo role of Kamna on Channel V's The Buddy Project. Prior to that, she was also seen in a small role in Sasural Simar Ka (2012). Very soon she was brought to the television show - Ek Veer Ki Ardaas...Veera on Star Plus, as the replacement of Nisha Nagpal. Since then she is playing the character role, which brought her fame and popularity. Currently she plays the role of Kanika Jamwal in the show Swim Team aired on Channel V India, which remains one of her best shows till now. Samaira for Ek Rishta Aisa Bhi and Arunima Sinha for Tujhse Naaraaz Nahin Zindagi are other roles she played on small screen.

Till now she has played Punjabi, Maharashtrian and Gujarati roles so far. Kant is a trained dancer who opened a dance academy in 2013. In fact the actress stepped into TV industry for being part of some dancing reality shows. But unfortunately she didn’t get many opportunities to showcase her talents as a dancer. The dance academy is named 'Dancamaze' at Andheri Raheja Classique, and she joins hands with her friend for this new business venture. Priyamvada is basically a trained Odisi, Jazz- Balley dancer.
