Parveen Kaur Biography 
Parveen Kaur is an Indian actress who appears in TV shows and movies. She is quite regular in Hindi television shows, and has appeared in many popular TV soaps and episodic roles such as Balika Vadhu, Ishq Unplugged, Chakravartin Ashoka Samrat, Yeh Hai Mohabbatein, Humko Tumse Ho Gaya Hai Pyaar Kya Karein and Kasam Tere Pyaar Ki. She has also played brief roles in Bollywood films – Airlift, Chinar Daastaan-E-Ishq, Fan etc. She played a train passenger in Shah Rukh Khan starrer Fan, and the role of Ashok's Wife & Amirta Katyal's Friend in Akshay Kumar starrer Airlift, both released in 2016.
Pavitra Rishta, Ek Ghar Banaunga, Yeh Hai Mohabbatein, Ishq Unplugged, Saraswatichandra, Balika Vadhu etc are some of her popular shows. A regular face of Hindi television, she is most known for playing mother kind of roles. She did an impressive performance in youth oriented show, Ishq Unplugged, and the success of the show also helped her to bag more meaty roles. She played the role of Pawan’s (Malhar Pandya) mother in Colors’ Kasam Tere Pyaar Ki produced by Balaji Telefilms. She had a funny tangle with Rishi (Ssharad Malhotra) as a character of the show, giving some hilarious situations. The rookie actress Priyanka was replaced by Parveen for this role.
She played the role of the male protagonist’s mother (Mohit Gaur) in Ishq Unplugged, one among her best roles up-to-date. She played a typical Punjabi housewife who showers loving and caring towards her children. She has also done interesting cameo roles in the movies Chinar and Airlift. Yet she mostly appears in TV shows, than film roles.
