Neha Bamb Biography

Neha Bamb is a successful television actress associated with Hindi television. She has also appeared in a few south Indian films. Mahi Malhotra in Maayka and Kripa in Kaisa Ye Pyar Hai are her most popular television roles. She was also seen in 2009 series Naaginn and has hosted one reality television show on Star Plus - Gharelu Nuskey. Dubai Seenu, Bommarillu, Dost, Athade Oka Sainyam and Dil are some of her popular roles in Telugu cinema, where she was seen in second lead and supporting roles. Ishq Ho Gaya Meinu (2001) as Kuljeet Kaur and Punjabi Kudi (2007) as Pooja Kaur are other noted appearances.

She was born on May 9, 1985. She was born to Malwari Parents in Mumbai. They originally belong to Jodhpur, Rajasthan. She was brought up in a joint family and has two siblings – one brother and one sister. Photography is her passion. After basic education from Mumbai, she took graduation in Commerce and Economics from Ramniranjan Anandilal Podar College and she did a one-month acting course from Hyderabad University. She is married to Rishiraj Jhaver.

She is associated with film industry since 2001. Started off with Punjabi movies, then Telugu films, she later moved to television through which she gained popularity. Her acting debut happened with the Punjabi film - Ishq Ho Gaya Meinu in 2001. She also tried modelling before she moved to south Indian films. But she was unsuccessful. Then she moved to television and got the role of Kripa in Kaisa Ye Pyar Hai. Her screen chemistry with Iqbal got noticed and later she received more offers from Hindi television. She is quite popular as Mahi Malhotra in Maayka…… Saath Zindagi Bhar Ka, where she was paired with Vivan.
