Jheel Mehta Biography 
Jheel Mehta is a popular former child actress associated with Hindi television industry. As of now, she has appeared in only one TV show, the iconic and very popular comedy sitcom of SAB TV, Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah, in which she essayed the role of Sonu. The role was later replaced by Jheel Mehta in the show since 2012. She presented as an active and bubbly actress of in the "Tapu Sena", and stole the hearts of audience with her cute smile and face. She shot to fame portraying the child character of Sonalika Aatmaram Bhide (Sonu) in the very popular Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah, the role for which she is known most.
She hails from Mumbai, Maharashtra. Her father Nalin Mehta is a businessman, and her mother Lata Mehta is a beautician. Jheel was born in Mumbai on 28th June, 1995. Her schooling and graduation were done at Mumbai, where she was busy with her profession as a child artist in the comedy sitcom, Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah. She has been a part of the show during the period, 2008-2012. She completed Bachelor of Business Administration from SVKM’s NMIMS, Mumbai.
She practises Hinduism, and her hobbies include – studying and travelling. Rajma Chawal is her favourite dish. The cousins – Kareena Kapoor and Ranbir Kapoor are her favourite actors in Bollywood. Fun Parks – is her favourite place, and her favourite colours are white and yellow. She was around 12 years old when she joined Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah. She had to quit this popular show, as she was facing challenges to divide her time between the show and academics, and she finally let it go in 2012.
