Charu Asopa Biography 
Charu Asopa is a television actress associated with Hindi soaps, best known for negative roles. She is also a Bollywood film actress, who played lead role in 2017 fun film, Call for Fun. She is known for her role of Preeti in the Star Plus series Mere Angne Mein. She played the role of Atkaati Pari, a positive character in the popular children series, Baal Veer during 2012-2015. She played negative role of Roma Reddy in Diya Aur Baati Hum and parallel lead role in Laado 2 in 2018.
Devon Ke Dev...Mahadev, Bade Achhe Lagte Hain, Agle Janam Mohe Bitiya Hi Kijo, Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai, Maharakshak: Devi, Tashan-e-Ishq, Maharakshak: Devi, Maharakshak: Aryan, Phir Jeene Ki Tamanna Hai, Leekeren Kismat Ki, Chhanchhan etc are a few more TV shows in which she appeared. She marked her Bollywood film debut with 2011 Bollywood romantic comedy film, Impatient Vivek, directed by Rahat Kazmi. She played a supporting role.
Charu Asopa marked her television debut in the year 2009. She marked her debut with Agle Janam Mohe Bitiya Hi Kijo, where she portrayed the Main Female Antagonist Surabhi in the show. Very soon she bagged shows such as Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai, Baal Veer, Devon Ke Dev Mahadev, Chhanchhan and Bade Achhe Lagte Hain and played brief supporting roles. Till now she has done two Bollywood movies.
As a child, she stammered especially when she was nervous about something. She was good in academics. She was engaged to Neeraj Malviya, though she denied their affair earlier. They knew each other before they fell in love, and got close through a common friend. Neeraj Malviya is her co-star in Mere Angne Mein, and played the role of Charu’s brother Amit Ashok Agarwal in the show. But later Amit called off the engagement, though Charu still expected for reconciliation.
