hi...i had been using the airtel iptv connection for the last 6 to 7 months .i recently shift my house to a new location so i placed a request to shift the connection to a new location which happened on 10th of oct . But after the re installation my IPTV was not working so they said another tec guy will come the next day and rectify which did not happen.
I later on called the care no 08044444121 and raised another complain for which they said it will be resolved the next day which again did not happen. I complained 2 to 3 time by complaining in the care no but since i did not get any solution i raised my complain in 121@airtel.in . Again the result is same .Other than auto generated reply i did not get any solution to it.
Now i am tired of this and i want to cancel the connection and also suggest others not to take this connection as the service is very very bad. |
