The Great Holy - Festival Of Colors

Today (27/03/2013) is the holy festival. Holy is the festival of colors. The festival is followed by Rangpanchami. This festival is close to the hearts of young one, likewise the old. Holi is celebrated in India when hot summer season. It is celebrated with a lot of enthusiasm. This consists of two main celebrations, one is playing in colored water and the other one is spraying colors over to the friends and the relatives and as well as colleques. No one is spared by the spraying of colors. It is celebrated in India as well as Nepal. During this time the dress may wet with colors. Colors which are commonly used is red, green, pink, yellow and silver. The atmosphere of holi is fully filled with bright and beautiful colours. Chemical colours may be harmful to your skin as well as to your health.

We can obtain the colours by the natural ways. We can obtain the green colour by using mehandi leaves, mint leaves as well as neem leaves. Neem leaves is used for curing the skin diseases also. So you can get double benefit by using neem leaves.

Yellow colour can be obtained by the turmeric. Yellow is a lovely color and it is frequently used in all auspicious events. You can soak the turmeric for sometime and can grind and get the yellow paste. You can mix it with water and can get more yellow coloured water.

Red color can be obtained from tomatoes. Boiling pomegranate peels in water we can get the red colour. Betroot also can give a colour. Soaking beetroot in water can itself make the coloured water. It is the very easiest color making technique. To celebrate this festival gives people a joy. Many people wait for this festival. Pour coloured water over friends is the favourite thing for almost everyone. It is mostly celebrated in North India than the south India. Of evil, and do not use artificial dyes. Learn to create natural colors as possible. Enjoy a good time celebrating the festival. This will double the fun. Color festival, doubling the happiness of your life.
