Solitude Made Me Knowledgable.

I opened my eyes and saw the canopy of the sky over me. I turned on either side and found myself lying on a sheet of sand. Then I realized that I was covered with a blanket of the dancing breeze that moved to the mellifluous tunes of the eternal ocean. There was no one in that island except my solitude and me. Regal waters enchanted me with the bliss of hidden happiness and the sole thing I could do was to spend sometime in solitude. Probably it was solitude, which helped me to swim in the waves of tranquility and feel the serenity of my soul.

Often I would speak to the pebbles and they would say,” What is this life full of care, there is no time to stand and share?” The quizzical pebbles would make me feel that they are indeed the happiest on earth, even though they are not counted among the mortals. They are only a part of nature to make the world more beautiful. Solitude gave me the opportunity to speak to the ones who are not empowered with speech. The cloud told me the tales of its journey around the world; the waves of the ocean described their war against thunder and lighting, the seashells unreveveled the mysteries of the depth of the ocean, the sand whispered to me the footfalls of the race of time and the actually spoke to them. Solitude had given to me to penetrate through the veil of my soul.

Swami Vivekananda once said,” ones mind is the view of infinitive knowledge”. And it was solitude which made me aware of the knowledge installed in my mind. I did not mind, much, revealing the mysteries of my mind. I realized that my mind was a big ocean, which was filled with the essence of eternity. Gradually the sun waved to me and the moon accompanied by the sparkling stars greeted me. The reflecting stars played with the waves and I enjoyed their joyful games. I felt the presence of the phantom listeners who were unable to communicate. Solitude bridged the gap between them and me, although they were still beyond my vision.
