For getting around Mumbai you can avail the facility of taxis or buses. Those who want to have comfortable ride may book the private cabs. There are some interesting museums and galleries in Mumbai and you can spend a day to explore them. The beaches in Mumbai is the favorite weekend retreat of locals and there are many beaches here including Girgaon Chowpaty, Aksa Beach and Juhu Beach.

If you want to escape the hectic city life then you can plan a day’s visit to the Sanjay Gandhi National Park. The zoo in Byculla and the parks in Malabar Hills namely Hanging Gardens and Kamla Nehru Park are some of the important places that you should not miss during your stay in Mumbai.
