This may not be an article but a real experience by doing something in our society. We know that some social ceremony is needed as it helps to make a bonding in society between various types of people from different culture and religion. Keeping this word in mind we arranged this ceremony. Here it is-

Few days ago we arranged a picnic in our area. Our entire neighborhood participated in this small get-together. Maximum spouse are alone in our area. Some of their children live in another place due to working. So they feel boring sometime. To give them some relaxation we arranged this picnic.

This was a whole day program. From morning tea to dinner, all are done in one place. They enjoyed very much. They participated whole heartedly. This was a first try and we some young person arranged this program.

This is necessary to build up a bonding among us. As some of their children live in another place, they feel insecure some times. Also they hesitate to speak with others. They feel loneness also. During whole day they enjoyed very much and this became great refreshment to them.

This was a gathering of all aged people. Many children also participated in this program. They treated the old aged people as their grandparents. For one day at least they have got a taste of relationship of grand children.

We also felt proud that we made some people enjoyable. This is a social ceremony and all of us said that this should be continued every year.

One more thing, different religions of people participated and this may be a example of common harmony.

So this was a memorable day. All women are preparing foods. Men are helping them; children are moving and running here and there. Great feelings. Children and women participated in some afternoon games and quiz. The prize value was less but the value of feelings was more.

At last we went to our own house after enjoying the whole day. We the young promised to help in their need and they promised to help us when we need some suggestion from them
