Surabhi Dashputra Biography 
Surabhi Dashputra is a young singer and lyricist associated with Bollywood. Her songs for Titoo MBA were instant chartbusters. She sang the songs aside leading young singers of the industry, Arijit Singh & Neeti Mohan. 2013 movie, Calapor marked her debut as a lyricist and playback singer. As a lyricist she penned lyrics for Bollywood movies, Radio Shishpal (2015), Calapor (2013), Titoo MBA (2014) and Chudail (2014). Till now she rendered her voice for the songs of Calapor (2013) and Titoo MBA (2014). In 2012 she penned lyrics and sang a song to support the victim of 2012 Delhi gang rape. This single was titled Manzoor Nahi.
Surabhi was born and brought up in Mumbai. She received initial training in Hindustani music from her mother. Later she continued learning music from Anand Joshi & Chandrashekher Sengupta, and took advanced learning from Suresh Wadkar's AJIVASAN academy. She also took Master’s in Music from Mumbai University. She started her professional career as a writer for an advertising agency, before moving to Films as a lyricist and playback singer. Among her written jingles include - Ayur, UMPL, Lovely Sweets, Marvel Tea, Aditya Ice cream etc.
She was given the big break to Bollywood by the music composer Arjuna Harjai, who asked her to pen lyrics for his upcoming flick, Titoo MBA. Apart from penning lyrics for three of its songs, she also rendered her voice for the chartbuster songs such as "O Soniye", "O Ranjhna" & "Atyachaari". She also penned lyrics for all these three songs marking her successful Bollywood debut as a singer and lyricist. She has also performed for live shows across India and was featured on MTV Coke Studio season 3.
