Shael Oswal Biography 
Shael Oswal is a Punjabi pop singer, who is also known as a businessman. He hails from Ludhiana, Punjab and was born in a Marwari Jain family. A singer by profession, he also serves as the President Director of PT Garda Tujuh Buana Tbk since 2012. He owns a mining business in Singapore and Indonesia, and is a successful entrepreneur too. He joined singing world just before millennium began, in 1999, and turned a well-established Punjabi pop singer through his talent and hard work. He is also an actor.
Shael Oswal was born on 28 May 1978 in Ludhiana, Punjab. He was born into a businessmen family. The Oswal group’s present asset is more than 4000 crore Indian rupees. Abhey Oswal and Aruna Oswal are his parents. He has ancestral roots in Rajasthan, and his forefathers have moved to Punjab where they got settled and established their business. His father produced Bollywood film, Pinjar. Oswal completed his graduation in commerce from Mumbai University, Mumbai in the late 1990s, and very soon he started his career as a singer. Shael made his initial public appearance in 1999 with his first album, "Kahan Hai Tu". He started singing his own, and didn’t receive any formal training in music. In the early 2000s, though he received a film offer from Anand-Milind, he rejected the offer stating that his voice won’t suit it.
He launched my own music company to promote new talent. His album song Hasna Kamaal got noticed. His second album Kahan Hai Tu, sold about a lakh copies. The album included the popular song, Teri Kuch Yadein. That Vakre is yet another popular album. Biddu has been Shael Oswal’s constant encouragement. He also serves as the Chairman and MD of Oswal Agro Mills Ltd. He is married to Apsarsa who accompanies him to every one of his shows. They got married in 2002 after dating for three years.
