Raja Hasan Biography 
Raja Hasan is an Indian singer who gained attention through the singing reality show, Sa Re Ga Ma Pa Challenge 2007. He was the 1st runner-up of the show, where Aneek Dhar was declared the winner with 3,65,89,134 votes. Amanat Ali was the 2nd runner-up of the show. He is also a winner of Ek Se Badhkar Ek on Zee TV, Ustaado Ke Ustad on Sony and IPL Rock Star on the Colors channel. Raja Hassan has made a promising debut in playback singing and some of his noted songs include - "Lucky Boy" of Bachna e haseeno, Maula Maula from the movie 'Dostana',"Aali Re" of No one killed Jessica, "Delhi Destiny" of 99, "Rahiman Ishq Ka Dhaga Re" and "Pani Ko Taraste" of Well-done Abba, Wallah Re Wallah Wallah for 'Tees Maar Khan', "Maari Teetri" of De thali, "Khuadaaya" and "Morcha" of Shangai, "Tere Bin" of Tere sang and title track of Chalo Dilli. He has also sung a few Telugu and Bengali songs. he is equally popular in Middle East too.
He was born in 1979 in Bikaner, Rajasthan. Raja Hasan Sagar is his full name. He was born into a musical family and both his father and grandfather are singers. He learnt music from both of them. He practised music for more than 18 years. His family belongs to the royal singers of the Jodhpur State. Raja has three younger sisters. He came to Mumbai to pursue a career in singing, but he struggled a lot. Sa Re Ga Ma Pa Challenge 2007 proved to be the right platform of Raja and after its final, there was no turning back.
He also participated in a few more reality shows and remained in limelight always. He earned the cash prize of 10 lakhs from Ustadon ke Ustad and also participated in STAR Plus's Music Ka Maha Muqqabla in the Team of Himesh's Warriors. He regularly performs in stage shows, both India and abroad and make people dance to his tunes.
