Priyadarshini Raje Scindia Biography 
Priyadarshini Raje Scindia the wife of Jyotiraditya Scindia, (Congress leader and MP) she was born in Baroda city of Gujarat to a Maratha family. Her father Kumar Sangram singh Gaekwad, son of late King Pratap Singh Gaekwad, the last ruler of Baroda State, who ruled up to 1947 the year when India got its independence from British rule. He was then deposed as titular ruler by the Government of India in 1951.
The mother of Priyadarshini Raje Gaekwad hailed from Nepal and also associated with lineal descendant of the Rana dynasty of hereditary, (feudal prime ministers of Nepal). This will be interesting to note that Queen Priyadarshini is considered as among one of the most beautiful woman in the country. In the year 2012, her name was listed in the top 50 most beautiful women of the country. Incidentally, her name was also included in the best dressed Hall of Fame in the year 2008. She attended Mumbai's Fort Convent School and later Sophia College.
Priyadarshini Raje Scindia is a proud mother of two kids- a boy and a girl. The boy Aryaman Scindia and girl Ananya Scindia both of them are currently studying in the famous Doon School. Priyadarshini Raje Scindia, the wife of Jyotiraditya Scindia, a congress leader (son of late Madhav Raj Scindia) and a former minister in Manmohan Singh cabinet she is not interested in politics but she is involved in the restoration of Jai Vilas Mahal, Usha Kiran Palace, and planning newer projects for their children. As per her own views living in a palace in itself is a full time job.
