Madhushree Narayan Biography 
Madhushree Narayan is a young Indian playback singer associated with Malayalam cinema. She is the daughter of noted music composer, Ramesh Narayan of south Indian film scene, predominantly Malayalam. Being the daughter of singer/composer Ramesh Narayan, music is second nature to Madhushree Narayan. She is a recipient of Kerala State Film Awards for Best Female Playback Singer in 2015 and also Kerala Film Critics Award 2014. She won the awards for the songs, Pashyathi Dhishi Dhishi of Edavapathy and 'Aaru Vangum' of Ottamandaram respectively. She is also a recipient of Red FM Best Playback singer award 2015, and winner of Super Star Junior (Amritha Television).
Madhushree Narayan was born 2 September 1999 into a musical-filmy family of Kannur, Kerala. Her father Ramesh Narayan is a well-established music composer and singer of Malayalam cinema, and Madhushree too choose music as her passion and career. She began singing at the age of three and received formal training in Carnatic music from her father. She started her career as a singer at the age of just four, making her debut in Malayalam for the movie 'Makalkku'. As an adult singer, the first recorded song was for the Tamil film, Oduthalam in 2011 composed by her father. But the movie is yet to get released.
As a playback singer, she has rendered her voice for several Malayalam films such as Edavappathy, Ennu Ninte Moideen, Adaminte Makan Abu, Alif, Paathi, White Boys etc. Many of her songs were composed by her father. She made her kannada debut in 2017 for the movie Urvi. Her soulful rendition of 'Aaru Vangum' of Ottamandaram was well appreciated and earned her state awards in Critics’ choice category. It was a duet with Vijay Yesudas.
