Karthik Anand Sivakumar is the brother of Tamil Hero Surya who has continuous hit films in Telugu and Tamil film Industry. He himself says dubbing for his films. Recently he sang a song for his latest film “Biryani”.

A part forms the films:

He has much interest in graphic designing. He designed banners of his college and even haording of “Kaka kakku” film in this his brother Surya has starred. While he was doing PG in US, he designed logos for his university websites and those logos are still used on their websites.

If he does not become an actor:

From earlier, he loves to do direction. He even worked as an assistant director to ACE director Maniratnam. As most of the people have suggested acting, so Karthi has come onto the screen.

His favorite Hero:

Johnny Depp, Jackie Chan and Bruce Lee. When was a child, he mostly used to watch Jakichan films learning those fights and practicing them on his sister.

First Job:

Worked with Clothes Company in Chennai for 4500rs. Later worked in an engineering consultancy for 5000rs. Without his family support he feels he could not survive with such less salary. Finally decided to settle in a better field of career.

Schooling:

Tollywood Hero Mahesh Babu is the class made of Karthi. On one day early morning 4’oclock Mahesh has went to Karthi house for notes for studying as on the same day they have an exam. But Mahesh is a clever boy with in less time he can get the subject, so with flying colors he went through the exam.

Leisure Time:

In Karthi’s leisure time, he watches discovery, National and Geographic channel at home as he is an animal lover. He even adopted a Tiger in a zoo. Most of the people prefer to go to different places for the tour but Karthi loves to go to forest areas.

Service:

He is a ambassador of aids and lisosinal storage disorder. Every month he visits old age homes and full fills all those old people needs. He made a group of his fans and started doing social programs.

Movies:

He likes Nayagan, Billa, Agni Natchathiram

Food:

Whatever food which is cooked at home. At outside, he love to have Mexican sweets and chocolates.

Situation which made him tense:

Once in a forest while taking a photo of an elephant with its baby elephants from a distance of 5 feet. Then suddenly an elephant jumped on him it seems. Any how, he has escaped. But still the roaring of elephants is heard in his ear it seems.

First Love:

Whether it is love or not he does not know, but when he was studying fifth class, he used to like a girl and if she does not come to school he used to feel bored.

About his Brother:

In school and college for silly things they both used to quarrel it seems. Many times for a month they used to stop talking to each other.

Favorite Music:

He likes the music of Ilayaraja, Yuvan Shankar Raja. In his iPod there are 1500 songs of Ilayaraja.
