A Few Tips To Get Good Sleep

 

Sleep! The most pleasant thing that everyone likes a lot – to sleep leaving all pressures and releasing all tensions! But if you not get enough sleep due to some disturbance of sound, light or something else, can you start a new morning without tiredness? Never! Sleep is the best medicine to forget all worries and give peace and rest to body, mind and soul. If your bedroom is not arranged well, it can surely disturb your sleep a lot. Let me give you a few tips so that you can sleep well and dream sweet too.

 

Room should be free of all disturbances – both sound and light. Bedroom near the street lights will never give you good sleep. So, during construction stage itself you should have a clear idea of light sources and other disturbances that may affect your sleep. Keep it away from cattle shed and pet house as well. Bad smell and mosquitoes are enough to take away your sleep. In case you can’t avoid a light source, use thick or double pleated curtains.

 

Very often people are confused with mattress. In most cases people don’t have enough idea about what type of mattress to be purchased – whether soft or stiff. You can choose smooth or rough mattress according to your preferences. Most important is that your mattress should have enough strength to support your whole body. If not it may lead to back pain or such discomforts in future.

 

Another important thing to note is the presence of electric and electronic appliances in your bedroom like television or computer. As per Vasthu also, they are not good for your sleep as they disturb you with negative energy released. Never charge your mobile in your room or should keep it at hand distance. Researches have already proved that presence of mobile beside you can give you many mental disorders, stress and disturbance to sleep as well.

 

Chilled or too hot temperature won’t give you good sleep. 22degrees is the best temperature for your air conditioner. Keep everything well arranged, neat and tidy so that sleep comes to you easily. Seeing disordered things all around your mind will surely feel stress and it disturbs your sleep as well. Keep your room away from dust as well. Dust can cause allergy.

 

Choose light shades for walls, curtains and bedcovers. Use good pillows as well. Take care of these points. I am sure you will sleep well tonight dreaming a lot about nice and sweet things of the world.
