Gangadhari Mallesh Biography 
Gangadhari Mallesh is an Indian Kabaddi player who plays in national team and Pro Kabaddi series in India. He plays as a raider for his team, and owns a long term association with Jaipur Pink Panthers. By the age of 25, Mallesh has been selected in the Indian kabaddi camp for the fifth time, but never got the chance to play for his team in the previous four seasons. He is one of the major players from the south Indian state, Telangana. He was the only player to the selected to national team in 2018 from his state.
He hails from a middle class family of Thotapalli in Husnabad mandal in Karimnagar, Telangana state. He was born into a farmer’s family, and his family later supported him to play kabaddu. He started the game as a VII standard kid at the age of 12 at his hometown Thotapalli. He joined the Sports Authority of India hostel in 2009 and trained under coach Jagmohan at Saroornagar Indoor Stadium. From there, he made a mark of his own, and now, he is the only kabaddi player from the state to be selected for the Indian camp.
As an all-rounder he was a part of the Jaipur Pink Panthers team that won the inaugural edition of the Pro Kabaddi League in 2014. In next two seasons too, he played with the same team. However he couldn’t play in the last season as none of the Telugu players were picked for PKL. When he was playing as a junior player, he was first chosen for the Indian camp in 2012. Mallesh is a government servant who works in Income Tax Department in Hyderabad. He idolizes Indian veteran star player Rakesh Kumar.
