  Worst work, not finished the work. not following in the aggrement. i made complaint in the consumer court. now case is going on.

  I would like to share my personal experience, house which is constructed for me by S.Kv. Anandan (Sri Mother Builders) which
  is in Pondicherry, i given very poor ratings to say quality and service is not good, i paid 30lakhs for construction for my 1200sqft plot,
  as per agreement with him for Rs 2000 per sqft during year 2022 oct, he started work at jan 2022 and he stopped work at feb 2023 which is incomplete,
  i will explain my experience with Anandan and try to make it short summary, as he told in agreement for every stage 5lakhs advance
  payment before starting work(basement, lintel, roof, plastering, and final completion),i also agreed and paid for basement,
  i was working in Chennai and i used to visit Pondicherry every 2/3 weeks to look after construction work,
  one day i found and i was shocked while he changed the brand of cement which i never heard the name of brand not even iso,
  After discussion and agreement which him before construct i strictly told brand should be Ultratech/coromandel choice at least basement level,
  i see him carelessness while in basement itself, i was become hopeless where i believed him, if engineer is honest means, then his supervisor should.
  be honest...nothing to say, same bad experience with supervisor Ganapathy, unmatured/unexperienced, i plan to supposed to stop work basement itself,
  but again i believed him. with little hope, from third stage onwards i was cheated more, he showed his irresponsible again major part in floor tiles
  which is unworthy not laid properly.
  getting sound in some corners and middle while walking, even i paid additional excess amount 9500rs, but he laid bathroom tiles in hall due to shortage
  of tiles, when i ask him, he said, that won't be shame it covered by cupboard, he don't feel shame on it, since he hcap, my approach is wrong,
  i don’t see none of professional engineer will do like this.
  He reduced thickness for car parking gate put 1/2-inch thickness, i feel like which is not strong, no elevation in front,
  started constructing without structural plan, he asked me Rs 5000 extra amount for fan and light fittings for double bedroom house,
  He used to promise many times as work will start immediately on that day while i pay advance amount for every stage, then he took time for 15 to 20 days
  for materiel itself, once the material comes, will inform me and tell as these much amount additional paid for polishing granite which comes around 500rs,
  100 Rs for vehicle charge, i see these words from him many times.
  He will read my review he knows from his heart, every time i used to ask if any pending additional amount
  to be paid from my end to put top quality material/excess work, he said "No".
  During final stage completion i given pending amount 1 lakh (1 lakh he agreed for all grill gates including steps), i said my 2 year son will fell down
  from steps if no steps handle, but till now he didn't complete the work which i remained multiple times including my wife and my father, if he is good human
  being he should know the value of life, till now carpenter work still incomplete, no handle and hook in all windows, main door not closing properly, water
  flow very less in mixer taps, but his response we have No.1 plumber, when i ask, construction is ground floor level only so water pressure will be less only.
  With so much of tears and pain i compete this my true summary, i and my wife didn’t called Anandan for housewarming, but he came as requested by my father,
  he don’t feel shame on it, I do not encourage these kinds of engineers to my friends, i planned to report to Pondicherry Civil Engineers Association.
