My pol.no.is 1no35343309.I Have given u SI to deduct the premium from my sbi a/c.But the prem.was not deducted& the pol.lapsed.I gave cheque for two prem.s.&the standing instruction form to u through the agent Amaladass. Acc. to ur sms, the prem. due was on 21/01/16.The prem.was not yet deducted.I want to know the reason for not deducting the prem.If the bank refuced to deduct.send me the refusal document.from the bank.Then only i can take leagal steps through my advocate.otherwise i will take the same on the SBI LIFE.IF the pol. laps this time I will do it.Take nesasary steps to resolve the problem.-B.CLARA.
