    Sub:- Harassment to consumer and dissatisfaction service to consumer by Puspalata Gas Agency, Sonepur Odisha.

    Respected Sir,

    I am a consumer of HP Gas from Puspalata Gas Agency Sonepur and I am bound to draw your kind attention to the irregularity and improper service and monopoly by the distributer at Sonepur. For a new Gas connection he is charging more money that is Rs. 6500/- instead of approximate Rs. 4500/- and for ownership change he is charging money that is Rs. 1750/- to 2000/- instead of 600. He has not displayed any rate chart at the consumer centre. There is no sufficient staff to give service to the consumer for which a consumer suffer a lot and has to wait for hours for getting service. He has not kept any weighting machine for which we not able to know the proper amount of Gas in the cylinder and he is doing mischief in the weight of the cylinder. Moreover after booking he is not giving message to the consumer and if the consumer could not reach in proper time, he return back the consumer by saying that our booking is cancelled. There is only one and Agency for sonepur for which taking benefit of large number of consumer he is doing monopoly and misbehaving the consumers.

    Therefore I request you to kindly inquire the matter and take necessary step and open another branch for proper service to H.P. Gas Consumer.

    Sub:- Violation of Dealership of Puspalata Gas Agency, Sonepur

    Sir,
    We the consumer of above agency are facing a lot of problem at the time of New Connection, DBC, DBTL and BPL connection, which we are bound to draw some irregularities of the said Agency your kind attention as follows:-

    1. DBTL- No activities are done by the said agency accept the Banner at Union Bank of India, Godown and shop as per circular of Govt. of India.

    2. NC- Extreme harassment to take consumer and extract excel money from the consumer i.e. Rs. 6500/-.

    3. DBC- The agency are doing harassment with a intend to extract Rs. 3000 per DBC from the consumer.

    4. BPL- Agency indicates the BPL connection starts from April 2015 onwards. Till 3 hundred number of consumers but agency not receive the document and saying April 1st week issue the connection. But few consumers submit document and receive the acknowledgement till date 2nd April 2015 consumer come to Puspalata Gas Agency saying issue the connection the distributer BPL connection 31st March 2015 over the BPL connection. Sir I request Govt. of India rule January to 31st March the BPL scheme all over India. The distributor violent the consumer sir please inquiry the HPCL vigilance enquiry.

    5. REFILL- The agency is not given subsidy to the consumer which is illegal.

    6. Non DBTL consumer are not getting refill and facing misbehave from the agency authority as his personal property. The consumer after three month not given refill.

    7. There are fifteen hundred of regularisation consumer regarding ownership change without following the guideline and consumer pay Rs. 1750/- to Rs.2000/-.

    8. The consumer complaint Local SCSO office Mr. Sethi Babu said you quick paid this amount and get change ownership and name change.

    9. This agency local authority getting money and your side.

    10. This agency consumer are very sufferer.
