I bought an O general AC from them. First they said they will not provide any warranty /Guarantee card with the product. However the customer care confirmed that dealer must provide the warranty card with product. Secondly the installation person sent by them did pathetic service. They hardly knew anything. They were doing alignment using the hammer brought for nails. Very Very Pathetic service. Highly disappointed.
