  They should not even be given a star. It has been 16 days by booking the cylinder. I am getting such information on my mobile when the cylinder was booked 16 days ago, it was delivered on the same day. It has been 4 days after completing the customer care, if asked them again, they are saying wait 7 days. Problem will be solved in 7 days. Gas is an essential service. How can a man survive 7 days without baking bread? When I told this to the customer care people, they showed their kindness. He started teaching me wisdom. When asked for the number of the agency, he gave their number but it was the number of Baba Adam's era. Both the numbers given were out of service. Now I wait for 7 days, so I can't run away after leaving work. It will ask me to book again.

  इनको तो एक स्टार भी नहीं देना चाहिए। सिलेंडर बुक करके 16 दिन हो गया। 16 दिन पहले जब सिलेंडर बुक किया था उसी दिन डिलीवर हो गया ऐसी जानकारी मुझे मोबाइल पर मिल रही है। कस्टमर केयर को कंप्लीट करके 4 दिन हो गया उनको फिर से पूछा तो बोल रहे हैं 7 दिन रुको। 7 दिन में प्रॉब्लम सॉल्व हो जाएगा। गैस अत्यावश्यक सेवा है। कोई आदमी रोटी पकाए बिना 7 दिन कैसे रुक सकता है। कस्टमर केयर वालों को मैंने ऐसा बोला तो उन्होंने उनकी तमीज दिखाई। वह मुझे ही अक्ल सिखाने लगे। एजेंसी वालों का नंबर मांगा तो उनका नंबर दिया लेकिन बाबा आदम के जमाने का नंबर था। दोनों दिए हुए नंबर सेवा के बाहर थे। अब 7 दिन रुकता हूं इनके पीछे तो मैं काम छोड़ कर नहीं भाग सकता। यह मुझे फिर से बुकिंग करने के लिए बोलेंगे।

  I am a customer of HP gas since last 8 years. On 2nd july 2022 i booked a cylinder and paid online. After a week when asked to Branch manager Mr. Ramakant pathak of Naracorp consumer co. Thane mohone maharashtra about delivery he told me that receipt is not yet printed so i written to customer care. Just whithin 18 hours i received a message that issue is resolved . I againt contacted ramakant he told me that cylinder is already delivered but i told them that i didnt receive any delivery , they asked me to book again and to pay again. I was helpless and threatened to complain about this matter to cust. Care, he told me koi fark nahi padta. I ringed to customer care no 022278360227 but no one responded to it.
  In short i lost my cylinder booking amount 1002.50 rupees. Customer care people only give a case number to your matter no one contact to u they give fake authentication code number. No one ask and confirm the code during delivery. Branch manager alredy have authentication code by which they do black marketing.

  I have taken a new connection on 13 dec 2018...till date i am not getting my connection...3-4 times i have visit their office...but no relevent response
