I wish to record here my deep appreciation to the AE and the staff in the billing section of KSEB Vellangallur for their most efficient dealing with my complaint regarding excessive billing (consumer number ending with 26154). Not only the complaint was settled to my utmost satisfaction within 24 hours, but I found the staff in the billing section (Mr Johnson, in particular) to be ever willing to patiently listen to my requests.
