  Pls think twice and compare the post sales services while opting for Kohinoor Lifestyle. I had purchased one electronic chimney through this shop in Jan 2016 in cash with a commitment of free installation. I was informed by the sales guy that I have to pay only of the frame / Hud cutting (If required). To my surprise at the time of installation I have to pay the installation of Rs.850/- and another Rs.750/- towards the additional Filter and its installation.
  
  For installation also you have to keep on following up. The customer service no. keeps on ringing and later goes on autoreply mode.
  
  I also came to know that these charges are not applied if I would had bought the same chimney from another vendor. Only these is applicable to Kohinoor Lifestyle. So I will suggest ever new buyer to get the post sales service and rate compared well before approaching Kohinoor Lifestyle.

  The number is a landline number which is received by an IVR and the call get transferred to some other number. In such a suitation I found the number busy frequently and call gets discounted. This is companies strategy that they keep number busy and answer by IVR so that the customer stop calling on landline because he is getting charged every time for talking nobody.
