Cape Institute Of Technology
Cape Institute of Technology is situated between Nagercoil and Kanyakumari in Tamil Nadu and is the proud rank holder of all self financing colleges in Tirunelveli district according to 2009 ranking of Anna University.
The college was established in the year 2001 and spreads over an area of 100 acres of land and is led by the able leadership of Thiru. I. Krishnapillai who is the chairman of the cape group of companies and Sri Vinayaga Educational Trust.
The institution has been approved by AICTE, New Delhi and has obtained the quality certification of ISO: 9001-2008. Originally it was affiliated to Anna University, Chennai and now is under Anna University, Tirunelveli after its bifurcation.
Not only that the institution takes care to impart quality education but also it focuses on the research and development activities. It has grown to great heights with the basic objective of developing the analytical skills of the students and works to bring out their innovative ideas thus creating the intelligent engineers of tomorrow.
