  The service provider / customer service is pathetic . Can’t get through anyone one 3 published numbers to complain on poor mobile network / no network coverage.

  I have a complaint about b s n l customer service centre.... Sir I am a central armed police force member working and staying at Vasco da Gama... Today I go to b s n l customer care centre for purchasing a new sim ..and I keep all documents like service certificate photo copy of id card.... And my passport size photo..but the man who managing that new sim section tell me that they want signature of our assistant command and on my photo.. I said that sir there is a signature and his designation on the right side down of the certificate...and a seal also on my photo...but he tell me that anybody can make a seal and stamp...I said that if anybody can make a stamp anybody can sign also...i show you my original ID card...and original documents...I notice that how much value u b s n l give a gazetted officer...of a armed force... Sir i am saying you that you are safe because we will do our duty very much.. And u people teaching to we people about safety..im not a terrorist.. And i asking u that i give all documents photo and show all original document's..y u b s n l disturbing and playing with we people like child...what is ur duty...who will do the verification..i think u not going verification and take rest in office... I am not trying a job in b s n l..i just want to purchase a sim card...after this incident i just hate b s n l ....this complaint is for all those who face problem like these... Please maintain and refresh ur employees mind sir...thank you...
