The service experience I had from service provider.
I have appllied to get bsnl fiber since 8 days.
Bsnl employees extend the fiber to my house in 2 days.
But to start the service they are taking weeks just to install a device. Stated service commencement date is 20 May and today is 26 May still the service is not activated.
Local service contractor keeps giving assurance to activate the service today but it never came.
