Christ Church is one of the famous places of worship in Shimla. This was built by Colonel JT Boileau in 1844 and was consecrated in 1857. The clock in the church was donated by Colonel Dumbleton in 1860.

The India’s biggest Pipe Organ was constructed in September 1899 and this was re-tuned in 1932. Though this is a religious place, this is considered to be one of the historical places of Shimla.
