Doodhadhari Monastery and Temple is dedicated to Lord Rama. It is located in the south of Raipur and was built in 17th century by King Jaitsingh. The stunning murals, intrinsic carvings and the strategic location attract thousands of devotees. The architectural brilliance is the striking feature of this temple. It is located on the banks of River Maharajbandh. There is a monastery attached to it that adds to its importance and is named after the religious personality Swami Balbhadra Das who survived only on milk as his food.
